...to allow yourself to LIVE, to be open to everything that comes, that is COURAGE TO LIVE. I don't fight and I don't back down. I GO through what comes, no matter how difficult it seems, I stay fully with my emotions, I experience everything deeply.

...everything I go through in life is only an experience that leads me to the true essence. I put down my defensive shield, which "protected" me from pain and injury, but did not allow me to live fully spontaneously. I put down the "protective" shield of victimhood, guilt, helplessness, arrogance and old grievances. I exposed my vulnerability. I let go of fear and decided to let into Life and into every cell of my body Love and Joy...true inner strength.

... it is from its essence, from its center. I breathe in harmony with myself...I breathe in harmony with Life. Everything that comes out of my own rhythm is in harmony, in balance, in flow, in my energy, in my vibration, in harmony with who I really am...Love, Joy...I breathe in the rhythm of Life.

...I accept reality as it is. Without the interpretation of the conditioned mind, based on learned patterns of behavior. I stepped out of the mind's projections about myself, others, the world. I woke up from a "dream", from an illusion into Authenticity, Truth...Spontaneous, Free, Unlimited Being.

...I've been looking for true freedom, all my life. Through all that my conditioned mind recommended to me as the "guaranteed" path and the material world willingly mediated. What appeared to be freedom was only an illusion of freedom, sometimes discovered soon, usually only after many years.

Now I know, I have always been, am and will be free. Nothing outside of me can bring or take away my freedom. This is knowledge, it has its own experience that I came here to live. And my next steps are based on this experience...

...in harmony, love, intimate closeness and understanding. For this to happen, it took a deep insight of each for themselves and with each other, and a great willingness and courage to open up to fear and not be reluctant to see those parts of themselves that do not want to open up. ...I entered our partnership as a "strong, independent, single woman" with sufficient life experience who already "knows". It was all an illusion of this one. A daily relationship will test everything.
